Le Mas de la Gavaresse, a former wine-growing estate set within a sweeping Mediterranean garden, offers the perfect setting for a stay where every shared moment is chosen — up to 20 people, in peaceful surroundings between sea and hillside.

The authenticity of the place, far removed from standardised accommodation, is an invitation to live a truly unique experience. In the garden, under the pergola, on the terrace, at the beach or along the forest trails — your stay here unfolds at your own pace, day after day.

  • Located halfway between Toulon (Var) and Hyères-les-Palmiers, Le Mas de la Gavaresse marks the gateway to the French Riviera.
  • Set back from the D559 road connecting Le Pradet to Carqueiranne, the access lane winds through the seaside La Garonne district and its beaches before reaching the small port of Les Oursinières.
  • Just 700 metres from the shore, the property also borders the Colle Noire forest — a protected natural area overlooked by the historic Fort de la Gavaresse.

The luxury of the authentic: swimming in open water

In keeping with our environmental commitment, we have chosen not to install a pool. Just a few minutes on foot, the Mediterranean offers an incomparable natural playground: swimming, cove exploration, snorkelling, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the water.

Less constraint. More freedom.

Quiet and serenity are integral to the spirit of this place. To preserve this quality of life and out of consideration for our neighbours, Le Mas de la Gavaresse is not suited to party stays or particularly noisy gatherings.

Please note: The peace and serenity of Mas de la Gavaresse contribute greatly to its charm. In order to guarantee a relaxing holiday for all our guests and out of respect for our neighbours, please note that noisy stays, parties, or events with amplified music are not permitted.

Our rates are flat fees: the price remains the same whether you stay at the Mas for the minimum or maximum duration of the chosen period.

  • Mandatory cleaning fee: 245 €
  • Electricity: based on actual consumption (meter reading)
  • Capacity (17p) babies not counted: +100€/pers (up to 20), +300€/pers (beyond)
  • Security deposit: 900 € to be paid upon arrival (preferably by check)

Booking Conditions

A rental agreement is drawn up for each new stay. It includes the primary occupant's mailing address, the number of guests, and the applicable terms.

To secure the period and confirm your booking, simply return the signed and initialed contract, along with a down payment determined by the length of the stay.

Balance Payment

For transaction security and to avoid any risk of non-payment, the balance must reach us no later than 5 days before the start of the stay (via bank transfer).

Note: Payment on the day of arrival remains possible, in cash only.
