Away from the D559 departmental road, which connects our village of Le Pradet with the neighbouring town of Carqueiranne, our access road – after serving the beaches and the “La Garonne” district – ends at the “Les Oursinières” Harbour.
The house is located 700m from the coast and also borders the forest area known as “La Colle Noire,” a protected natural space overlooked by the old “La Gavaresse” Fort.
The beaches and coves are accessible on foot, as are the shops and seaside restaurants.

The house has a modular structure and provides a large capacity: The Mas is intelligently divided into three contiguous, interconnected gîtes. It features a total of 7 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 17/20 people, while the privacy of each individual is maintained thanks to the numerous private areas (various kitchens, living rooms, lounges, etc.).
Amenities: Benefit from a large, secured car park, multiple terraces, and a 2,000 m² outdoor area entirely dedicated to conviviality (socializing).

An Eco-Responsible Commitment
Our approach aims to be respectful of this privileged environment. The Mas is managed in an eco-responsible manner, prioritizing natural materials (wood, wrought iron) and sustainable tourism. By choice, we have not installed a pool, instead valuing swimming in the nearby Mediterranean Sea, a true local treasure.

Our rates are flat fees: the price remains the same whether you stay at the Mas for the minimum or maximum duration of the chosen period.

- Mandatory cleaning fee: 145 €
- Electricity: based on actual consumption (meter reading)
- Capacity (17p) babies not counted: +100€/pers (up to 20), +300€/pers (beyond)
- Security deposit: 900 € to be paid upon arrival (preferably by check)

How to book?

Booking Conditions
A rental agreement is drawn up for each new stay. It includes the primary occupant's mailing address, the number of guests, and the applicable terms.
To secure the period and confirm your booking, simply return the signed and initialed contract, along with a down payment determined by the length of the stay.
Balance Payment
For transaction security and to avoid any risk of non-payment, the balance must reach us no later than 5 days before the start of the stay (via bank transfer or check).
Note: Payment on the day of arrival remains possible, in cash only.
