Away from the D559 departmental road, which connects our village of Le Pradet with the neighbouring town of Carqueiranne, our access road – after serving the beaches and the “La Garonne” district – ends at the “Les Oursinières” Harbour.
The house is located 700m from the coast and also borders the forest area known as “La Colle Noire,” a protected natural space overlooked by the old “La Gavaresse” Fort.
The beaches and coves are accessible on foot, as are the shops and seaside restaurants.

The house has a modular structure and provides a large capacity: The Mas is intelligently divided into three contiguous, interconnected gîtes. It features a total of 7 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 17/20 people, while the privacy of each individual is maintained thanks to the numerous private areas (various kitchens, living rooms, lounges, etc.).

Our approach aims to be respectful of this privileged environment. The Mas is managed in an eco-responsible manner, prioritizing natural materials (wood, wrought iron) and sustainable tourism. By choice, we have not installed a pool, instead valuing swimming in the nearby Mediterranean Sea, a true local treasure.

The peace and serenity of Mas de la Gavaresse contribute significantly to its charm. To ensure a relaxing holiday for all guests and out of consideration for our neighbours, please note that loud stays, parties, or events with amplified music are not possible.
RATES
Low Season (From early January to the end of March):
- Flat rate for a 1 to 3-night stay: €1,670 per period (+€300 per additional night)
- Flat rate for a 5 to 7-night stay: €1,930 per period (i.e., €1,930/week, equivalent to €16.22 per person per night, based on 17 people)
Mid-Season (From early April to the end of June, then from early September until the end-of-year holidays):
- Flat rate for a 1 to 5-night stay: €1,930 per period
- Flat rate for a 6 to 7-night stay: €2,390 per period (i.e., €2,390/week, equivalent to €20.08 per person per night, based on 17 people)
High Season (During the end-of-year holidays, the weeks including the first days of July and the last days of August):
- Flat rate for a 1 to 7-night stay: €2,980 per period (i.e., €2,980/week, equivalent to €25.04 per person per night, based on 17 people)
Peak Season (From the first Saturday in July to the last Saturday in August):
- July:
Flat rate for a 1 to 7-night stay: €4,470 per period (i.e., €4,470/week, equivalent to €37.56 per person per night, based on 17 people)
August :
Flat rate for a 1 to 7-night stay: €4,870 per period (i.e., €4,870/week, equivalent to €40.92 per person per night, based on 17 people)
Booking Conditions
- Rates are based on the optimal capacity of the house, which is 17 people (babies are not counted). Beyond 17 people and by prior agreement, a €100 supplement per person per rental period will be added, up to a maximum of 20 people. Beyond 20 people, a €300 supplement per person per period will be added to the rental amount.
- A rental contract is drawn up for each new stay. It specifies the mailing address of the main occupant, the planned number of people, and the applicable conditions. To block the period and thus secure the reservation, it will be sufficient to return this contract, duly signed and initialled, along with a deposit amounting to €900.
- The price of the stay includes all utilities, with the exception of electricity, which is billed separately according to the actual consumption read on the meter.
- The Preparation and Setup Fee (Cleaning) before the stay is fixed at a flat rate of €145 (mandatory).
- Pet supplement (with essential prior agreement): €50/pet
- For reasons related to transaction security and to avoid any risk of payment default, the balance must reach us no later than five days before the start date of the stay, either by bank transfer or by cheque. Payment on the day of arrival remains possible, only in cash.
- A security deposit amounting to €900 must be handed over upon arrival (preferably by cheque).
